Doctors believe that older people exercise regularly, while most older people do not get proper exercise. There are numerous reasons and solutions to exercise regularly in a relevant way. I shall highlight both views in the upcoming paragraph with a meaningful conclusion.
To begin with, There are many reasons for older people who don't get enough exercise in their daily routine. The most prominent one is that some elder humans face health-related issues like heart problems and many more. Thus, they can't exercise regularly in a proper way because their body can't properly work due to body-related issues. Secondly, youngsters don't take an interest in old age people. Significantly, They can't provide proper guidance or motivation regarding exercise. As a result, senior people can't exercise daily. Thirdly, grandparents don't have a proper environment for running or stretching like parks or gardens. That's why they don't get enough exercise.
On the other hand, there are some solutions to exercise in daily routine among older people. First and foremost, the Government should install yoga centers in every city for elder people to make their bodies healthy or fit. Last but not least, children also encourage them related to exercise every day by giving them training. furthermore, new-generation individuals also motivate grandparents by giving them some examples of fitness. For instance, The Canadian government installed parks in every town and also gave trainers to old individuals, so they easily make body fit and healthy with motivation.
To conclude, According to my perspective, many reasons as well as solutions for this given statement. Although Elderly humans face many difficulties like health-related problems or proper guidance yet, the government should install gyms or give trainers to elder people.
