Nowadays, some employers thought formal academic qualification are more important than life experience and personal qualities when they look for new employees. To what extent do you agree or disagree?

 In modern times, few job workers believe that studies are more important than life experience and perfect qualities when they look for new-generation employers. Both qualities play a vital role in an employer's life when they do a job. I partially agree with this statement and shall highlight both views in the upcoming paragraph with a meaningful conclusion.

To begin with, there are several views in favor of those employers who think that academic session is more important to doing work in government or private sector. The most prominent one is that in most of the sectors, qualification is very strict rather than life experience. Significantly, educated employers communicate in foreign languages or have clear interviews with the help of studies. Additionally, they also handle difficult situations and find better solutions to resolve problems on the job. Moreover, educated people do all their work on the Internet, it is possible when they get proper knowledge about subjects and have good grades in their studies. As a result, in that case, companies only give job who is educated. 

on the other hand, there are also many perspectives in favor of those who trust that life experience is necessary for doing a job in any sector. First and foremost, if the employers had a good experience they easily estimate the profit or loss regarding wages of the company and protect the company from loss as well as also protect move to trap in debt. To exemplify, In 2005 Ford company fell into debt, and the employers protected this company by giving big discounts to the customers on cars earning a big profit, and clearing all the debt. As a result, this is possible because of his life experience and creative ideas. 

To conclude, According to my perspective both academic sessions and life experience are important in doing any job. however, education is necessary to clear interviews and exams or communicate with other people in different languages while life experience is also a most accessible term in work or job.
